Breathing and Prep 

9090 breathing x 5-10 breaths 

child's pose breathing x 5-10 breaths 

single leg glute bridges x 5-8 each side with a 10s hold at the top after last rep
beast hold x 30s

Power [x 2 sets with 1 min rest in between sets] 

vertical jump x 3 reps 

Strength [x 3 sets with 1-2 min rest between sets]

A1) squats x 5 (lower down for slow 5 count, hold bottom position for 5, explode up fast) 

A2) pushups x 3-5 reps (elevate hands on bench if can't do full range of motion push up from the floor)

rest 1 minute

B1) split squat 5 second iso hold in bottom position x 3 reps each side

B2) plank with shoulder taps x 25s 

Cool down
